Sports trainings
with the trainers-simulators
SkyTec Interactive

The trainers-simulators SkyTec Interactive allow sportsmen to maintain their physical form at any season, weather conditions etc. There's the possibility to practice certain technique elements both in 'ideal' conditions (smooth slope) and on uneven slopes and moguls. There's the possibility to maintain the reflexes practiced. But one of the most important advantages is the possibility to increase (continually and noticeably) the acting force and strain while passing along turns and curves, achieving the best 'putting oneself in the curve' without any risk of unexpected falling resulting in traumatisation. From one training session to another the athlete's ability to counteract the pressure of slope increases.

It's important that this process takes place while the sportsman maintains the side equilibrum, while his muscles and joints work accordingly and (in case of the 'uneven slope' mode) his legs provide constant amortisation.

It's very important that practicing the technique elements with the trainers SkyTec Interactive allows to achieve much greater strains than these possible with safe coursing. Thus, a sportsman's strength resource can be dramatically increased.

The most surprising fact is that the effect can't be achieved by training on slopes and courses, since there the risk of falling and traumatisation under ultimate strains is too big, while lesser strains don't produce noticeable increase of the sportsman's strength resourses.

As we know, practicing with the common force trainers also can't provide the necessary effect because some of the necessary groups of muscles don't work, and, in addition, the static strains are quite different from the strains of the real ski coursing.

Thus, using the trainers-simulators SkyTec Interactive a sportsman gets serious additional resourses, and these resourses can provide great advantages to him.
